Iced Matcha With MCT Oil Recipe

This iced matcha recipe takes less than 5 minutes to make. Not only is it caffeinated, but this delicious powdered green tea is packed with antioxidants – in fact, one cup of matcha has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of regular green tea.

Iced Matcha With MCT Oil Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 tsp matcha

  • 4 tablespoons boiling water

  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil

  • Oat Milk

Directions

  1. Whisk 1.5-2 teaspoons matcha with ~4 tablespoons boiling water in a bowl

  2. Add 1 tablespoon MCT Oil

  3. Fill glass with ice and pour the matcha mixture over

  4. Fill with oat milk
