Healthy Hair Smoothie

The thickness and strength of our hair is hereditary, but there are a few nutrients that boost hair health include b vitamins, iron, vitamin c, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This superfood healthy hair smoothie has all of that and it tastes so delicious. Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal

  • 2 tablepsoons of chia seeds

  • 1/2 a frozen banana

  • 1 cup blueberries 1 cup of water

  • a heaping scoop of black sesame seed powder

Directions

Blend oatmeal and chia seeds into a dust. Add in banana, blueberries, black sesame seed powder and water. Blend it all together.

This makes a filling breakfast smoothie with tons of hair benefits. Enjoy!
