TELL US MORE ABOUT HOW YOU GOT INTO THIS FIELD
As a mindset coach, I help people live better and feel better.
My background in neuroscience helps me dive deeper into the subconscious mind of my clients and help them become a person they truly love.
This journey started because several years ago I was in a dark place myself. From the outside, all looked great, but on the inside, I was lonely (although married), had a hard time finding meaning in life, and felt sad most of the time. Through deep work, I found my way out and reprogrammed myself. I hired a coach, went to Stanford, and made a decision to live a life that's worth living. So here I am.
FUTURE GOALS FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR BRAND?
I want to impact millions of people around the world and help them be happy and free. It all starts from within.
BIGGEST LESSON YOU LEARNED?
The parts of us that we hate about ourselves, are the ones that shouldn't be denied. On the contrary, they should be integrated. The major resource lies there.
