You say you dropping 10 pounds preparing for summer

Besides being the girl who drinks lemon water daily, I am now the smoothie drinker in the morning. 

Yes, I love a smoothie in the morning. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been on a serious health kick. Let's be honest it's about damn time. I have a bad habit of not eating breakfast in the morning and just grabbing a small cup of orange juice and a banana. 

I decided to be a grown up and prepared a smoothie. These smoothies are great when I am on my way to work or before I workout. I am addicted to Pinterest and found some great smoothie recipes.

Here is my current favorite:  

Handful Frozen Blueberries/ Mixed Berries
Handful of Spinach
½  cup Rolled oats, old-fashioned
½ Plain Greek Yogurt
Splash of Orange Juice and Almond Milk

This mix helps me get my vitamins and greens all in one. Blueberries and mixed berries have been known as a great source to help trim your waistline.

Trust me, this smoothie helps curves my cravings and I have to admit my waistline is seeing a tiny difference.
