Confide in your friends about the stress you’re going through. Around 21% of American adults feel extremely comfortable discussing their mental health with their close friends. Whether it’s a restaurant brunch or wine Wednesday nights at home, the social contact feels comforting.

Consider taking a nap. If you’re finding it hard to fall asleep, consider putting down your phone or playing ambient music. The more relaxed you are, the faster you’ll fall asleep. You’ll also feel more recharged for the next day.
