Bachelorette Recap: 5 men go home.

Katie is really getting serious here. The episode starts out with a little challenge created by Katie, herself. She decides to ask the men to withhold from any self-pleasure as long as possible. This challenge is cleverly entitled Operation WOWO (week off ***** *****.) Kaitlyn informs the men of the game, and they are not prepared.

A date card is also delivered and it’s a one on one with Justin.

After this, Hunter tells Greg that he thinks he, Greg, and Connor are in the top 4. This is fan behavior and super narcissistic.

Justin and Katie arrived at a wedding photoshoot date hosted by photographer, Franco Lacosta.

They write and exchange their vows, ceremony completed with a full wedding dress, tux, and cake.

It’s adorable, but I don’t see him being the one for her.

Back at the house, a group date card arrives. Connor B. is not on it, which means he receives the other one and one.

The dinner with Justin transitions into a deeper discussion when Katie reveals that the father she grew up with, who is no longer alive, is not her biological father. She explains that she wishes he could’ve been alive to see her walk down the aisle for real.

For the group date, Katie brings the men to meet two drag queens. The queens explain that this will be a battle, in which each of the men “throws shade” at each other. There is just zero way this goes smoothly.

One of the queens asks Hunter if he loves Katie, he answered that he is not there yet and that he doesn't throw that term around lightly.

When asked who is least compatible with Katie, the group collectively agrees that it’s Hunter.

Hunter is asked how he feels about Katie, now in front of the group, and he says he is falling in love with Katie.

Boyyyyy what?

I don’t understand how the men can lie on this show, knowing that all their conversations are recorded and can be played to show the real truth.

The men call him out for lying.

Greg and Katie confess their crushes on each other during the after-party. So cute.

The men reveal what they’ve heard from Hunter in the past and how it conflicts with what he’s telling Katie.

This news makes Katie physically upset and she does not hand out a group date rose.

Connor B and Katie go on a double date with Kaitlyn and her husband, Jason.

Katie keeps mentioning that there is zero physical chemistry with Connor. Deal-breaker.

After a nice pool party day, Katie and Connor share a kiss. Doesn’t look good.

She ends the date early and after a tough discussion, sends him home due to the lack of connection, or spark.

Blake arrives at Katie’s room with a speaker playing country music to cheer her up. The chemistry between the two is wild.

Katie gets serious after sending Connor home. She completely cancels the cocktail party prior to the rose ceremony. At the ceremony, it is revealed that only six men will be staying another week.

After a discussion with Hunter, she sends him home along with Tre, Aaron, and that box guy whose name I can’t even remember.
